You'll partner closely with senior leaders to modernize and scale compensation practices-from base and incentive design to market intelligence and workforce modeling-bringing both strategic vision and hands-on execution. We're looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, can prioritize across competing demands, and is energized by rolling up their sleeves to drive meaningful, enterprise-wide impact.
