Our client is seeking an entry level individual to join our Risk & Compliance team in the finance services industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and ensruing the organization adheres to industry standards.

Description
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform detailed reviews and analysis of compliance-related processes and controls.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance matters.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management as required.
- Support training initiatives to promote compliance awareness across the organization.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.

Profile
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience working within a Risk & Compliance department or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve compliance processes.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to manage compliance-related tasks.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, business, or law.
