Who are you?

You're analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in regulatory compliance. At C&N, we're seeking a Compliance Analyst I to support our Compliance team by helping ensure the Bank meets regulatory requirements while protecting our customers and organization.

In this role, you'll assist with compliance reviews, regulatory reporting, and data integrity initiatives while developing a strong foundation in banking regulations and risk management. You will be responsible for:

  • Compliance Reviews: Assist with compliance reviews by evaluating processes, documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and supporting recommendations that strengthen regulatory compliance.

  • Regulatory Reporting & Data Integrity: Perform quality control reviews of HMDA and CRA data, maintain accurate regulatory records, prepare required filings, and support regulatory reporting activities.

  • Research & Analysis: Research regulatory requirements, assist with policy and procedure updates, and support responses to regulatory and compliance inquiries.

  • Compliance Programs & Projects: Support Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives, Fair Lending activities, committee preparation, and special compliance projects while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

Education & Experience- You will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field AND 0-2 years of audit, compliance, finance, or risk management experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
