Job Description
Our client in the Houston area is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team! This is direct hire, fully in the office, and has great benefits. Payroll Compliance & Reporting Specialist
- Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
- Prepare, review, and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) in compliance with prevailing wage and labor regulations.
- Verify wage rates, deductions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage compliance databases, including payroll records, wage determinations, and apprenticeship tracking.
- Archive records in line with audit and retention requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and project teams to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll compliance and reporting.
- Monitor deadlines and address compliance issues as needed.
- Experience with LCP Tracker and Elation required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required
- Bachelores degree strongly preferred
