Job Description

About Conduit Health

Conduit Health is transforming one of the most outdated corners of post-acute care—getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients’ homes. We’re the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say “yes” to patients who would otherwise wait weeks—while we handle every step behind the scenes.

The Role

We’re looking for a “Regulatory Architect” to own the compliance lifecycle across our DME, Telehealth, and Data verticals. You won’t just be “checking boxes” - you’ll be embedded in our growth engine, owning the Change of Ownership (CHOW) process for acquisitions, managing complex state licensing, and ensuring our “Friendly PC” structures remain bulletproof.

You will have high autonomy to build systems from scratch. If you love operating at the intersection of healthcare law, operational scale, and high-velocity M&A, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the M&A Compliance Swimlane: Lead the regulatory due diligence and integration for all DME acquisitions. You will own the “revenue bridge,” ensuring CMS and State Medicaid CHOWs are filed perfectly to minimize billing interruptions.

  • Manage the Entity Ecosystem: Keep our Telehealth PC entities and DME groups in good standing. This includes managing the relationship with vendors, tracking provider licenses, and maintaining all corporate addresses and “Resident Agent” statuses.

  • Safeguard Revenue Infrastructure: Ensure critical billing identifiers (like Medicaid ETINs and PTANs) never decertify. You are the final line of defense against “billing blackouts”.

  • Architect Liability & Risk: Secure and maintain the proper mix of Product Liability and Medical Malpractice insurance across all entities, ensuring we meet the rigorous requirements of CMS and private payors.

  • Data & HIPAA Privacy Officer: Act as the primary guardian of data compliance for all entities. You will run annual Security Risk Assessments (SRA) and ensure our BAA network is robust and up-to-date.

What You'll Bring

  • “In the Trenches” Experience: You have managed compliance for 3+ years within high-growth HealthTech or PE-backed environment. You’ve seen the “DME movie” before and know how to navigate PECOS, NPPES, and State Medicaid portals in your sleep.

  • M&A Integration Fluency: You understand the mechanics of Change of Ownership. You know how to audit a target company’s compliance health and flag “deal breaker” risks before they hit the cap table.

  • Systems-First Mindset: You don’t just fill out forms; you build systems so that a license never expires and a filing is never missed.

  • Comfort with speed and ambiguity: You thrive in fast-moving teams. You know when to ship a “scrappy v1” licensing application to get a market live and when to invest in the deep refinement required for a Federal audit.

  • The “Dual Threat” Expertise: You understand both the “unsexy” world of DMEPOS regulations and the “modern” world of Telehealth/MSO (CPOM) structures.

Values

  • Excellence, Not Perfection – We set a high bar for our work and impact, but we don’t get lost in endless polish for polish’s sake. We focus on results that matter.

  • Urgency, Not Chaos – We move fast because speed drives our advantage. We pair urgency with clarity to avoid noise and burnout.

  • Systems, Not One-Offs – Every solution should eliminate the root cause so the problem never returns. Wins are good; scalable systems are better.

  • Committed, Not Just Here – We show up engaged, proactive, and ready to go above and beyond. It’s not about working 24/7 — it’s about caring deeply and leaning into our shared mission. The outcomes you drive are what matter most.

  • Crush Goals, Not Souls – We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Be yourself, bring positivity, have fun, and laugh often.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with meaningful equity options

  • Flexible working environment (3 in-office days per week in New York).

  • Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays.

  • Direct mentorship and growth opportunities with senior leadership.
