Job Description

Position Summary

The Compliance Manager is responsible for driving operational execution, financial coordination, and cross-functional alignment within a defined business unit, region, or operational segment. This role ensures that daily operations run efficiently, performance targets are met, and operational processes remain structured and scalable.

The Business Manager acts as a bridge between field operations, finance, and leadership by improving visibility into performance, supporting execution discipline, and ensuring operational standards are consistently applied.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Execution

  • Support day-to-day operational performance across assigned business units or regions.
  • Monitor production metrics and execution timelines.
  • Ensure operational standards and processes are consistently followed.
  • Identify execution gaps and escalate risks to leadership.

Financial Coordination

  • Assist with budget tracking, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor labor, equipment, and project costs.
  • Support forecasting and backlog tracking.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain operational dashboards and performance scorecards.
  • Track KPIs such as utilization, production, and cost performance.
  • Prepare recurring operational reports for leadership review.
  • Improve visibility into operational performance trends.

Process Improvement

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Help standardize processes across regions or teams.
  • Support implementation of operational systems and tools.
  • Document operational procedures and best practices.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between Operations, HR, Finance, and Support teams.
  • Support workforce planning and staffing visibility.
  • Assist with onboarding structure and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with fleet, safety, and administrative functions as needed.

Compliance & Operational Discipline

  • Reinforce adherence to company policies and operational standards.
  • Support safety and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with audits, documentation reviews, and process validation.
  • Promote accountability through structured reporting and follow-up.

Qualifications

Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of operations, project coordination, or business management experience.
  • Experience in construction, telecom, utilities, or field-driven industries.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting multi-region operations.
  • Telecommunications or OSP construction exposure.
  • Experience with operational systems (HRIS, fleet platforms, reporting tools).
  • Background in process improvement or business analytics.
