Job Description

Responsible for leading a team of Compliance Specialists to ensure healthcare professionals (HCPs) are cleared quickly, accurately, and in alignment with client and regulatory requirements. • Provide hands-on support for complex or high priority files and remove barriers preventing HCPs from starting or remaining compliant
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, start risks, and complex compliance situations; resolve escalations quickly and partner cross-functionally to drive on-time starts
  • Drive individual and team performance against key KPIs:

  • Partner with Sales, Recruiting, and other departments to prioritize travelers, resolve issues, and communicate risks to starts or compliance barriers
  • Develop and maintain team understanding of client-specific requirements, systems, and expectations to support compliance and performance outcomes
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce clearance time and enhance team efficiency across systems, workflows, and policies
  • Ensure all HCPs meet requirements prior to start and maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance files, balancing compliance risk with operational urgency and escalating broader concerns as needed
  • Manage team attendance, scheduling, and coverage to ensure consistent support of business needs
  • Oversee relationships with external compliance vendors to ensure timely issue resolution, hold partners accountable, and alignment with business needs
  • Foster a positive team culture through recognition, engagement, and support of team initiatives
  • Partner with the Director of Compliance to ensure alignment and visibility into team performance, risks, and emerging trends

  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex compliance issues and escalations quickly and effectively
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team, including real-time guidance, performance management, and accountability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and handle sensitive or escalated situations with professionalism and tact
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy while maintaining speed and efficiency
