Full-Time Compliance Officer
- Review employee and client files for completeness and accuracy
- Track caregiver certifications, licenses, screenings, and expiration dates
- Contact employees regarding missing, incomplete, or expiring documentation
- Maintain compliance spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and electronic records
- Assist with internal audits and preparation for external audits
- Review onboarding documentation, background screenings, and credentials
- Enter and update compliance information in company systems
- Communicate compliance concerns to the appropriate team members
- Follow up consistently to ensure required corrections are completed
- Protect confidential employee and client information
- Assist with other compliance and administrative duties as assigned
- Previous experience in compliance, healthcare, home care, human resources, or office administration is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Comfortable following up with employees and holding others accountable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
