The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) oversees the day-to-day operation of the Georgia State Patrol (GSP), Capitol Police and the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division (CVE). We currently have an opening for a Compliance Specialist 1 in the New Entrant Audit Program (Regulatory Compliance Unit) of the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division.
The CVE New Entrant Compliance Specialist 1 conducts safety audits of new commercial transportation carriers during their first 18 months of operations.
Key Responsibilities:Conducts off-site and on-site safety audits and compliance reviews of regulated commercial transportation enterprises.Only applicants chosen for interview will be contacted.

Minimum Qualifications:
