Job Description
As a subject matter expert in functional compliance, you will ensure integrity and ethics across the organization. You will develop strong relationships internally and externally by offering support and direction to team members. Your role involves guiding the integration of multiple adjacent project timelines with various goals and objectives, and assisting business/process owners to close gaps in their controls. You will develop effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and plan requirements with the team to drive projects and processes through the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Regularly validate reports and analyze metrics to identify trends and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs.
- Provide general program management support on compliance issues, driving projects to successful completion.
- Deliver actionable data analysis through findings and recommendations, presenting them verbally and in writing to inform decisions.
- Identify improvements in compliance policies/processes and develop actionable plans to implement these improvements.
- Coordinate risk assessments to identify key risks and prioritize program efforts within the compliance function and across the ecosystem.
- Develop and execute in-person compliance training and communication strategies across multiple teams, ensuring programs meet company-wide standards and training is completed by all relevant employees.
- Drive the execution of a controls framework, working cross-functionally to translate obligations across legal, regulatory, and self-regulatory domains into controls and business processes.
