Description
- Handle State Compliance Filings for Policies and Endorsements for various states
- File affidavits & endorsements within time parameters and guidelines set by the state & Jimcor
- Review producer affidavit for accuracy
- Follow up for affidavit or corrected affidavit as needed
- Process signature requests
- Assist Team Lead as needed
- Handle additional workflows as directed by supervisor
- Solid organizational skills including time-management, prioritization and attention to detail
- Customer focused attitude and customer service skills
- Basic Math Skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skill
- Advanced familiarity with computers including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated initiative to complete assignments
- Ability to work in a team environment to support overall profitability initiatives
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience
- Customer focused attitude and customer service skills to resolve inquiries quickly and effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative to complete assignments and obtain results
