Specific Job Identification:
- Develop and maintain updated all the documents related to SQF system. This includes elaborate, review and control procedures like SOP, HACCP, Food Safety Manual, traceability manuals, and others.
- Maintain documentation and records required for compliance programs, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, QA) to ensure compliance is integrated into daily operations.
- This position is responsible to assure responsibilities of verification of procedures related to food safety systems to follow monitoring, control and verifications programs.
- Conduct routine inspections of plant areas to verify compliance with food safety standards and report deviations.
- Support in training activities by preparing materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
- Onboarding of new personnel, including training and walk-through.
- Support other areas like HR, safety and others in records and attention to incidents in the processing plant.
Domain Tools: Software and computing: Basic Office.Skills and competencies: Self-managed, conflict management, customer focus, collaborative, action-oriented.Skills and Abilities: Managed, punctual, numeric, planning, and process monitoring, self-directed.Language: Spanish, English.Special Specifications: availability of time, minimum age of 21 years.
