Job Description

Job Summary

InformativeResearch, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a Compliance Specialist who provides strong administrative component to HR legislative practices, focusing on and ensuring that HR processes and documentation consistently meet legislative and compliance requirements. The HR Compliance Specialist serves as the support to the subject matter expert on HR compliance in a broad array of projects and initiatives across the spectrum of HR and employment legal and litigation. The HR Compliance Specialist is accountable to understand, and articulate potential risks and current issues associated with any of their assigned activities and projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures organization functionsare in compliance withallrelevant laws, regulations, andpolicies.

  • Responsible for organization and implementation ofcomplianceaudits.

  • Performs a wide range of support functions to assist indepartmentalprocesses

  • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasksandresponsibilities

  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problemswithout the consistent need to exercisediscretion

  • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/orexternal clients and/or team membersIndividual contributor working under direct supervision withlittleautonomy

  • Performs all other duties as assigned bymanagement

Education

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

Experience

  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related workexperience

Pay Range & Benefits

$35,152.00 - $58,598.38 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
