- Support the Director of Monitoring in executing and reporting on the Compliance Testing Plan and results
- Independently conduct compliance testing reviews under director oversight, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Prepare clear, concise compliance testing reports and documentation of findings
- Track, validate, and monitor corrective action plans and remediation efforts across business units
- Develop and maintain a compliance monitoring inventory and standards, identifying control gaps and supporting remediation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess and strengthen compliance monitoring frameworks
- Apply practical and sustainable remediation approaches to identified compliance risks and conduct issues
- Evaluate and support implementation of technology solutions for compliance testing, monitoring inventories, and reporting frameworks
- Translate high-level compliance strategy into actionable operational testing plans
