Job Description
As a Repair Technician (automotive or manufacturing background)you will:
- Responsible for cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling composite parts using hand tools.
- Candidates must have hands on experience with wet layups and freehand composite repairs.

- Comfortable with grinding, fitting, and technical procedures.
- Understanding of materials, repairs, and controlled processes.
- Open to learning wet layups, repairs, and composite techniques.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Seeking an experienced Fiberglass Craftsman/Technician with a strong background working with fiberglass or carbon fiber cloth and compatible resins and hardeners.
- The role involves cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling composite parts using hand tools.
- Candidates must have hands on experience with wet layups and freehand composite repairs.
- Aviation experience is preferred; however, candidates with automotive, marine, or manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently with precision are essential.
Schedule: 1st shift 7:30 am - 4:30 am
Pay Range*: $16 to $20 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
