Job Description

Responsible for administration and management of the department's Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system and act as subject matter expert for all departments using the CAFM system.

Required Education and ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of five (5) years experience working with CAFM systems.Minimum of five (5) years experience in facility planning.Experience / knowledge of facilities design, construction and planning.Software application management and experience.Proficient experience in AutoCAD design programming.Required CredentialsN/A.Preferred

Multi-site facilities experience in healthcare or a similar industry.

Experience with drafting and implementing as-built drawings.

Healthcare or Life Science facilities experience.Experience as CAFM Administrator.Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

Compensation Range

$88,786.00 - $133,180.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
