IT / OT Systems Specialist
Location: Gaffney, SC

Summary
We are seeking an IT / OT Systems Specialist to support both IT infrastructure and industrial control systems in a manufacturing environment. This role includes hands-on support of end-user systems, networks, and Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal.
Responsibilities
- Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal (ladder logic, SCL)
- Support HMIs, barcode systems, and plant-floor equipment
- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Install and maintain hardware, software, and user accounts
- Support ERP systems and system integrations
- Maintain backups, documentation, and recovery procedures
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and plant personnel
- Participate in on-call support as needed
Requirements
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal and PLC programming
- Knowledge of ladder logic and Structured Control Language (SCL)
- Background in manufacturing, automation, or OT systems
- Strong IT support and troubleshooting skills
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Preferred
- HMI, ERP, or SQL experience
- Industrial networking or server support
- Experience with access control or camera systems
