Computer Deployment Team

Title: Computer Deployment Team Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Onsite) Duration: 11 Months Interview type: Phone and in-person Note: Candidate Must Be Local Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Deployment Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the delivery, installation, configuration, and support of laptops across various Client locations. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient deployment of technology assets while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, install, and configure computers
• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment
• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
• Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities
• Communicate effectively with end users and team members
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas
• Travel to different TDOT sites as required, including travel across the state of Tennessee (travel expenses will be reimbursed by state guidelines)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
• Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or similar role preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• May involve travel between multiple work locations across Tennessee (travel expenses reimbursed by state guidelines)
