Job Description

Primary Skills: Desktop hardware troubleshooting (advanced), Microsoft Office 365 (advanced), Network connectivity (intermediate), Mobile device support (intermediate), Peripheral device support (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Oakland, CA (#LI - Hybrid) Pay Range: $35-$40/Hr. on W2Job Summary: This role provides essential face-to-face and remote technical assistance to internal employees, addressing a wide range of hardware and software issues. The analyst will diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient IT operations. They may also contribute to infrastructure projects and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive desktop and mobile device technical support.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software-related problems.
Fulfill client service requests and assist with IT-related inquiries.
Collaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues and system-wide events.
Contribute to knowledge base development and process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

Minimum one year of IT computer field support experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and mobile computing devices.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
