Title: Computer Operator Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204Onsite6 Months DurationPhone and IN person InterviewsPay Rate: $27.10/H W2 (No Benefits)Essential Job ResponsibilitiesSchedule, run and monitor jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system, following documented processes precisely.Print and process critical financial documentsMonitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot and resolve issues.Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (e.g., printers, folders/sealers, inserters).Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on accuracy and efficiency.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.1 year of experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment (minimum); 2–3 years preferred1 year of experience with job scheduling and monitoring (minimum); 2–3 years preferredIntermediate proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and collaborative content effectively.Strong adherence to documented processes and operational guidelines.Ability to work effectively as part of a team to support shared goalsStrong attention to detail and time management skills.Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity and accountability are highly valued.
