Job Description:
- Work in the operations team who provide 24X7X365 onsite support of the data centers, remote offices, and technical infrastructure.
- Perform passwords changes
- Participate in data center failover exercises
- Participate in patch weekends
- Coordinate and participate in equipment installations and decommissioning (racking equipment/power/fiber/network)
- Perform cable installations and removals in accordance with cable management best practice and change policy.
- Ensure that all hardware and software problems/issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate people are notified (On call support), and process is followed.
- Provide off hours (Service Desk) support.
- Provide off hours (UK London Office) support
- Desire 10 years of experience in IT operations
Workdays: Tuesday through SaturdayWorking hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
