Job Description
OverviewThe Computer Scientist supports applied research and analytics development for Navy and DoD programs, focusing on analytics tools, software development, data visualization, and system support.
Responsibilities
Conduct applied research and support development of analytics solutions
Design, develop, test, and implement analytics applications and tools
Develop and maintain dashboards, models, simulations, and visualization tools
Support maintenance, supply, and readiness data analysis
Develop System Design Plans (SDP), Database Design Documents (DBD), Use Case Documents (UCD), and Interface Design Documents (IDD)
Support customer-facing analytics applications
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required; Tier 3 eligible
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
Associate’s degree plus four (4) additional years of experience
Six (6) years of relevant computer science or analytics experience
