Computer Support Associate

Payrate: $24.66 - $25.66/hr.Summary:This role involves performing and monitoring standard processes or operations that are stable and consistent, such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues. The position requires effective communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to maintain equipment and supplies.Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor standard processes or operations.
• Document and distribute information, including updating assets and following unit-specific processes.
• Communicate effectively via email and maintain basic documents and records.
• Recognize and resolve problems using pre-established solutions and report issues outside established procedures.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or operations.
• Apply technical knowledge to support processes or operations, such as troubleshooting and resolving end-user tickets.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, intranet, and internet functions.
• Knowledge of computer security policies and general security concepts.
• 1 year or more IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered.

• Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• High School or secondary diploma or equivalent.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.66 - $25.66 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
