Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to support technical and operational needs for our client. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
- Provide technical and administrative support using ticketing or case management systems
- Manage and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, for reporting and documentation
- Support users with Microsoft Windows and Outlook-related issues
- Assist with basic accounting-related system support as needed
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare written communications and non-technical correspondence
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; some college preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing/case management systems
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to run SQL scripts or queries
- Computer science-related degree is a plus

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
