Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to provide customer support and administrative assistance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills with the ability to review records, evaluate documentation, and respond to inquiries professionally and accurately.
- Search and review computer records and databases in response to customer inquiries
- Interpret records and documentation to determine appropriate responses and solutions
- Evaluate submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Draft professional and accurate email responses to inquiries
- Respond to inquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
- Provide support within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Ensure attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and inquiries
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to interpret records, documentation, and database information accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
