Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to support inquiry resolution and system navigation for our client. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who can work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Search and review computer records and databases to respond to inquiries
Interpret data and documentation to provide accurate solutions
Evaluate submitted documentation and determine appropriate responses
Draft clear, accurate, and professional email communications
Respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling records and responses
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Ability to analyze information and provide solutions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
