Job Description
Job Title: Computer Support Specialist Employment Type: Contract Work Hours: 40 hrs./week Work site: 100% Onsite. Location: One Commerce Plaza, Albany, NY, 12257 Job Duration: 5 Months Closing: 04/10/2026. Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
- Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience
- Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
- Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
- Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; 40 hours per week.
- Telecommuting may be allowable upon discretion of the hiring manager.
- Client does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by mass transit .
- Interviews will be conducted in person or online based on availability.
- Training will be provided.

- Serving as Prime Vendors to New York State and New York City for over 10 years
