Provides technical assistance, training, data analysis, and reporting support while maintaining and improving internal databases and stakeholder communications.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare, review, process, and track incoming program information including budget and outcome data.
- Review and approve incoming program level information from stakeholders to ensure compliance; provide technical assistance to stakeholders as needed.
- Provide training and support for internal staff, as well as stakeholders.
- Perform data entry into various databases and analyze for reporting out.
- Extract, analyze, and summarize program information from databases.
- Maintain and improve internal databases used for tracking program information.
- Maintain program inboxes and adhere to program guidelines when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Award will be based on best value.
