Job Description
Our client is seeking a Computer Operator to provide technical assistance and support to computer system users. This role will assist users with computer hardware, software, printing, installation, electronic mail, operating systems, and related technical issues in person, by telephone, or remotely.
- Provide technical assistance and support to computer system users
- Answer questions and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist users with printing, installations, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
- Monitor and respond to operating and error messages
- Enter commands at computer terminals and set controls on computer and peripheral devices
- Support users remotely, by phone, or in person
- Maintain accurate records related to technical support activities
- Utilize multiple software applications and systems in daily operations
Qualifications
- Advanced computer and software knowledge beyond standard computer operator functions
- Proficiency with multiple software applications and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
