Computer Systems AnalystDirect Hire | Full Time | Onsite / Some Remote OpportunityPay: $70, 000.00 - $100, 000.00 per yearA stable and growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to support internal business systems, improve workflows, and help optimize day to day operations across departments. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long term stability, strong benefits, and the chance to play a meaningful role in improving how a manufacturing operation uses technology to drive efficiency.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with both technical teams and business users.Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily system and business application needs within a manufacturing environment
- Evaluate current systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions
- Assist with reporting and data analysis to identify operational trends and discrepancies
- Document processes and develop user training materials
- Help implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Provide user support and guidance on proper system usage
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with IBM iSeries environments is strongly preferred
- Experience with RPG, RPGLE, CL, DDS, or similar technologies is a plus
- Exposure to systems such as BPCS or similar ERP platforms is helpful
- Experience with document management platforms such as OnBase is a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work cross functionally with operations, engineering, and administrative teams
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred
