Job Title: Computer TechnicianJob Duration: April 26 –Jul 26 Pay range: $24.00 –26.00 USD per hour W2Work Type: Onsite in 10001 Richmond Ave Houston, TX 77042 Overview/Responsibilities: Schedule (6: 15 AM –2: 15 PM) with days off most likely being Tuesday and Wednesday. We are a 24x7 data center, so we work weekends, holidays, and bad weather days. IT Computer operator is the person responsible for monitoring and controlling (Company's worldwide organization projects and priorities, load adjustments as require per projects) and batch balancing on all systems, Omega OCM / Cloud software and all computer systems in our company worldwide organization and all other in-house peripheral /software components, and interact with internal and external customers, vendors and support teams, monitor, identify, engage and resolve system alerts, support calls from internal and global omega users.Essential Responsibilities and Duties Highly proficient with commands, programs, scripts, advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.IT Operator Software Knowledge Windows LinuxPrevious Experience and Competencies: Education: High School Diploma or GEDPhysical Demands: Ability to regularly stand, crouch, stoop and walk;including pushing and pulling carts and equipment. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
