Job Description

Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Coordinator II

Location: Portsmouth, NH. The shift schedule is from 8am-4:30pm: Monday – Friday.  Overtime pay and annual bonus opportunity are available.

A Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Coordinator II is Responsible for complex and administrative functions required to execute the maintenance program. The CMMS Coordinator II manages alignment and accuracy with administrative tasks, supports complex CMMS data change requests, enforces and supports training with CMMS processes, manages document routing, handles audit requests, and answer user inquiries by translating, searching, reporting, and delegating file retrieval.

What you will do:

  • Work Order Management: Direct the full lifecycle of maintenance and non-maintenance work orders, from initial creation and distribution to final closure and archiving.

  • CMMS Administration: Manage system inquiries, generate detailed reports, and perform data searches while ensuring all system criteria and requirements are met.

  • Record & Change Management: Process and track CMMS change requests using SAP PM expertise, and update site maintenance records as required.

  • Calibration Support: Facilitate calibration processes by integrating CMMS requests into the Beamex system to support technical teams.

  • Data Quality Control: Proactively identify and resolve system discrepancies and provide technical guidance to personnel on data requirements for change requests.

  • System Performance & Integration: Manage file loading processes, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and facilitate procedural updates in the Document Management System.

  • User Support & Training: Conduct CMMS training for site personnel and verify user authorizations for secure SAP PM access. 

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • 4-6 years experience in GMP environment or controlled systems and processes.

  • Proficient electronic knowledge.

  • Strong computer aptitude, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to rigidly enforce compliance to procedures and requirements.

  • Working knowledge in CMMS management. Experience with SAP PM preferred.

  • Experience in a maintenance environment a plus.
