Title:

COMSEC Key Management Operator

In this SETA role, you will use your expertise to maintain COMSEC in a Communications Directorate. A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government. By working hand-in-hand with your Government customer, you have the opportunity to influence mission success to a greater degree than anywhere else.

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site
• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
• Working Hours: Standard/Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain KMI operations and distribution suite
• Support the ordering, distribution, control, and accountability of cryptographic keying material
• Archive historical documents
• Update systems and databases with pertinent information
• Execute work orders for COMSEC keying material
• Assist with COMSEC account management
• Upload audit trails as requested by field users
• Participate, as requested, in groups looking at future key management architectures
• Advise customer on COMSEC policy

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience: 5 years COMSEC experience
• KMI: Key management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: COMSEC Officer experience
• DoD: Military / DOD / IC space and ground experience
• Education: AA or BS in related field
