We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service

Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine

Perform basic mathematical computations

Balance drawer and manage daily income

Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner

Clean dining and concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers Scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine; wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas Assist chef with food preparation

Serves food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperature

Maintains appearance of all equipment and serving counters

Cleans kitchen area before and after business hours

Scrub, sanitizes, and stores pots and pans, utensils, and dishes

All other duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to work weekends

Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer

Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons

One year of customer service experience with general public preferredWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 pounds

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise
