Compensation: $15.50 - $20.00 an hour

As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling financial transactions related to vehicle services performed.

What you will do:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
• Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Assist customers with questions related to billing, payments, and pricing.
• Coordinate with service and quick lube departments to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Maintain and organize cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
• Assist in daily rental transactions.
• Ensure repair orders are scanned daily into the DMS              

What we are looking for:

• No Experience necessary, will train!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handing financial transactions.
