Responsibilities:

Manage invitations to bid
Reading Plans & Blueprints
Quantity Takeoff
Onscreen Take-off
Estimating Process
Electronic Job Folder Setup
Budgeting
Manage Sales Gate Process
Manage Sales Metrics in CRM
Obtain Vendor Pricing
Create Contract Proposals
Team Review of Proposal
Present Proposal with Next Steps (see Gate process)
Contract Scope and Price Review
Contract Document Review
Prepare Job Start & Handoff to Production

Required Experience:

Advanced computer skills including a high level of proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel).
Professional verbal skills and communication habits are required.

Helpful Skills:

Onscreen takeoff.
Technical/Construction background in concrete foundations.
