Description

A fast-growing commercial concrete contractor is seeking a Concrete Construction Superintendent in the Louisville, KY area, supporting traveling projects across multiple states. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that nearly tripled revenue last year, is creating new positions weekly, and offers quick hiring decisions for experienced field leaders ready to take charge of high-production concrete projects.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Construction Superintendent position include:

7+ years of commercial or industrial concrete construction experience preferred, with proven superintendent or senior lead foreman experience.
Lead and supervise concrete construction operations across commercial projects such as Amazon buildings, data centers, grocery stores, and schools.
Manage crews of approximately 7–10 team members plus subcontractors while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Strong experience with tilt-up construction, panel casting, erection, bracing systems, lift planning, and crane coordination.
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure proper field execution.
Oversee large slab-on-grade pours, elevated decks, high-volume placements, formwork systems, layout, embeds, sleeves, and block-outs.
OSHA 10 minimum required; OSHA 30 preferred, with strong knowledge of OSHA standards, critical lifts, and bracing safety.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, typically Monday through Friday, with project stays usually lasting 8–12 weeks.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401(k) with 4% company match, medical options, paid time off with 2–3 weeks negotiable, paid holidays, hotel or Airbnb accommodations for travel, $50 flat per diem, mileage, drive time, and per diem paid when a day is cancelled.
