Job Description
TradeWorX is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for commercial construction projects in the Pittsburgh area. This role supports a skilled crew performing concrete placement, forming, and finishing work on active jobsites. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, solid jobsite awareness, and the ability to work safely in a production-driven environment. Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX)

- Overtime opportunities based on project needs
- Smooth, finish, and texture concrete surfaces to specified grades and designs
- Build, set, and strip forms for slabs, walls, and foundations
- Assist with layout, rebar placement, and site preparation before pours
- Operate power trowels, floats, and other finishing tools
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant job sites
- Work collaboratively with a commercial concrete crew
- 2+ years of commercial concrete finishing or forming experience
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and project plans
- Knowledge of layout, screeding, and forming systems
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors
- Reliable transportation to jobsites in the greater Pittsburgh area
