Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Finisher / Floor Coating Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and has experience finishing concrete, refinishing driveways, and applying professional floor coating systems such as epoxy and other specialty finishes. If you enjoy physical work, working with your hands, and delivering durable, great-looking results, this role is for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces.Refinish and restore concrete driveways, sidewalks, and slabs.Prepare surfaces through grinding, cleaning, patching, and repairing concrete.Apply floor coating systems including epoxy coatings, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and other decorative or protective finishes.Mix and apply coatings according to product specifications and safety standards.Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, mixers, and coating equipment.Ensure all work meets quality standards, job specifications, and customer expectationsMaintain clean and safe job sites at all times.Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site.
