Concrete Finishers & Formsetters

Innovative Concrete, LLC is looking for talented and motivated Skilled Concrete Finishers/Formsetters to join our expanding team. In this position, you will be responsible for the final stages of concrete placement, focusing on achieving a high-quality finish that meets industry standards. Your skills will play a crucial role in the overall success of our Commercial projects, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.

As a Skilled Concrete Finisher/Formsetter, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, performing tasks such as setting forms, pouring concrete, finishing surfaces, and adhering to safety protocols on the job site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, an eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set forms for concrete placements according to project specifications.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces to industry standards.
• Use hand and power tools, such as power screeds and ride-on finishers to shape, mold, and finish concrete.
• Ensure proper curing of concrete and adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Perform quality checks and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and equipment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or Formsetter is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
