Job Description
Concrete Form Carpenter | Industrial We are hiring experienced concrete form carpenters for large-scale industrial work. This role requires strong formwork experience, the ability to work at elevation, and a deep understanding of concrete systems in active jobsite conditions.Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX)

- Monday–Thursday (40 hours)
- Overtime may be available
- Build, set, align, and strip complex concrete form systems (wall and structural)
- Work extensively with gang form systems including Symons and EFCO
- Read and interpret prints to ensure proper layout and form placement
- Tie rebar and integrate reinforcement into form structures
- Perform elevated work using lifts up to 25 ft with full safety compliance
- Maintain production pace in an active industrial environment
- Strong background in industrial or heavy commercial concrete formwork
- Proven hands-on experience setting and stripping forms independently
- Experience with Symons or EFCO systems strongly preferred
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and layout specifications
- Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts safely
- High attention to detail, safety, and production quality
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
