Description:
We are seeking a skilled Experienced Concrete Framer/Finisher to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a high attention to detail, and extensive experience working with concrete from layout to final finish.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork layout.
Construct, set, and align forms for concrete structures such as sidewalks, foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.
Place, level, and finish concrete using hand tools, floats, trowels, screeds, and power finishing equipment.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete in accordance with project specs.
Monitor weather conditions and adjust finishing techniques as needed.
Apply curing and sealing compounds to concrete surfaces.
Cut and install rebar, mesh, and other reinforcement materials.
Ensure proper safety practices and PPE usage on site.
Communicate with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficiency and quality.
Perform cleanup and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work area.
