Job Title: Concrete Laborer

As a Concrete Laborer at Paradigm Power Delivery, Inc., you will play a vital role in constructing and repairing concrete structures. This position involves working closely with various construction teams to ensure high-quality concrete work is completed efficiently and safely.

Essential Duties:

• Set up forms to create walls, structures, or pillars at construction sites.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
• Use tools and machinery to finish surfaces, achieving a smooth and durable finish.
• Install reinforcing materials such as rebar, hooks, and wires.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with tools of the trade, including mixers, vibrators, and hand tools.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating concrete quantities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certifications in concrete work is a plus.
