People Source OKC is Hiring – Construction Laborer (Concrete Crew)Location: Alva, OK (approx. 2 hours 35 minutes from OKC)Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour + $100/day per diemSchedule: Monday–FridayJob Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring experienced Construction Laborers to assist a concrete crew in Alva, OK. This role is ideal for candidates with a construction background who are dependable and willing to travel for work. Daily per diem is provided, giving employees flexibility in managing lodging expenses.Job Responsibilities
- Assist concrete crew with general labor tasks
- Move and handle construction materials
- Support jobsite setup and cleanup
- Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors
- Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Previous construction labor experience required
- Steel-toed boots required
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Must be dependable and ready to work
- Ability to travel to Alva, OK
- $100/day per diem provided (up to $500/week, Monday–Friday)
- Employees are responsible for securing their own hotel
- Opportunity to save per diem depending on lodging expenses
