What You'll Do:

Make a hands-on impact on every job - we WIN TOGETHER
Roll your sleeves, get in the dirt, go boots-on-the ground, to install foundation repair and waterproofing solutions on residential projects - it's a dirty job
Lead by example and inspire a high-performing crew to get the job done right, the first time
Ensure a safe and clean job site, every time
Assign tasks and oversee installations with precision and efficiency
Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with pride
Mentor and train crew members to grow their skills - we WIN TOGETHER
Safely operate company vehicles (box truck/trailers) and equipment (mini excavators)

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience leading crews or small teams in construction or related fields
Solid understanding of foundation repair, waterproofing, or mechanical systems
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Valid, non-restrictive driver's license
Willingness to work in crawl spaces and confined areas
