Job Description

Concrete Structures Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Structures Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of estimating experience on civil concrete structures, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, box culverts, and other transportation or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for concrete structure projects.
Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Review project documents to identify risks and opportunities.
Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution.

Qualifications

3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil or concrete structures.
Experience estimating bridges, culverts, retaining walls, box culverts, or similar concrete infrastructure.
Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
