Concrete Traveling SuperintendentJoin a top ENR concrete leader targeting $1B+ growth. Deliver landmark towers, data centers, and campus megaprojects.Job DescriptionLead all field operations on high-rise, data center, and large-scale commercial concrete projects valued up to $100M+ in concrete scope. Drive safety, quality, production, manpower planning, and schedule performance from project kickoff through completion. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project milestones. Partner directly with Project Managers and Operations Leadership to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Proven background with a top ENR-ranked concrete contractor
Exceptional career stability with strong tenure and progression
Expertise in structural concrete, cast-in-place operations, and large-scale project execution
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate large field teams
Flexibility to travel frequently across the Southeast Region, including Columbia.What's on OfferSalary: $100,000 - $135,000 base salary + performance-based flexibility.
