Job Description
Concrete SuperintendentReporting into Project Leadership, the Concrete Superintendent will oversee field execution of structural concrete projects including education, warehouse, recreation, and municipal developments. The Concrete Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and coordinate all onsite structural concrete activities
Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate with project management and client stakeholders throughout project execution
Maintain quality control standards and resolve field issues proactively
Support workforce planning and productivity initiatives across multiple project locations

Proven structural concrete experience including foundations, elevated decks, walls, or similar scopes
Experience leading field operations on commercial or industrial projects
Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Open to both experienced Superintendents and emerging field leaders ready to take the next step
Ideally located in Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas, or North Texas/DFW preferred
Experience with education, warehouse, recreation, municipal, industrial, or large commercial projects is advantageous
