Description

Bring your leadership to high-impact commercial concrete work across Arizona with a family-owned contractor known for quality and a productive team culture. In this Concrete Supervisor / Foreman opportunity, you’ll help drive successful jobsite execution while supervising a crew and coordinating daily field needs in Lake Havasu City and surrounding areas.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Foreman/Supervisor position include:

2+ years as a foreman and 10+ years in concrete/labor work required.
Commercial concrete experience and ability to supervise 5-7 crew members.
Comfort with paperwork, emails, scheduling, and coordination.
Reading commercial plans experience required.
Layout experience required.
Oversees about 5-6 field employees on primarily commercial concrete projects.
Reports to Production Manager.
Travel throughout Arizona; rare overnight travel.

Salary: $90,000 per year, flexible for highly qualified candidates.

Benefits: Healthcare with 50% paid by the employer; winter/summer bonus based on tenure; 1 week vacation; Arizona minimum sick time.
