This is a complex, high-expectation 1:1 care case—and a rare opportunity for the right caregiver.

Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high-quality 1:1 care
- Support daily routines, mobility, and safety
- Transport client to appointments (your vehicle required)
- Maintain professionalism in a structured environment
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- CNA required
- 2+ years skilled nursing facility experience (not assisted living/mental health)
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and punctuality
